John D’Amelio is the CEO of ContraxAware and is an entrepreneur and founder of two successful software companies. John has over 30 years of experience designing, developing, marketing, selling, implementing and supporting enterprise applications. Fortune 500, midsize and small businesses around the globe, use software products that John has created. He is passionate about building long-term business relationships with customers by providing the best contract management software in the industry and giving the highest level of customer service available. Jack J. Vultaggio, J.D. is the General Counsel of ContraxAware and part of the development and advisory team. He has over thirty years experiences as a business lawyer both as outside and in-house counsel for a variety of businesses. Experienced in business contract law from initial negotiations to termination, Jack has assisted in fine tuning ContraxAware to meet the needs of your business in its contract management.
